Shafqat Amanat Ali is a famous Pakistani singer. He was born on 26 February 1965 in a Punjabi Muslim family in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Shafqat is the son of Ustad Amanat Ali Khan and Almas Amanat Ali Khan. He was a brother Late. Asad Amanat Ali Khan.
His favorite singers are Lata Mangeshkar, Ghulam Ali Khan, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, and Michel Jackson and his favorite poets are Bulleh Shah, and Faiz Ahemad Faiz.
In 2006, he gained popularity in India through the song “Mitwa” from the film “Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna”.
