Neetu Kapoor and late husband Rishi Kapoor gave their fans many silver screen memories that will last a lifetime. On Tuesday, Neetu recalled one such sweet memory when she shared onscreen pictures from the 1975 romantic film Khel Khel.
A young Neetu and Rishi Kapoor were the main stars in the film. As the film turns 47 today, Neetu took to social media to make her fans and followers nostalgic. Neetu shared two pictures from the film on her Instagram story. In the first picture, Neetu is seen in a black and blue polka dot top with a lovely blue skirt. As Rishi Kapoor catches her, the two can be seen standing in a forest. She captioned it, “47 years #kehlkhelmein,” with a heart emoji. In the second picture, she and Rishi are spying as Neetu’s famous red shoes and red skirt. In a recent conversation with Film Companion, Rishi’s wife and actress Neetu Kapoor recalled about their last conversation when the actor was in the hospital during his last few days. Neetu also spoke about how Rishi Kapoor was a protective soul. “He was very protective. He didn’t let me go. But when Riddhima got married, she blossomed. You have to let people go. This is their journey. Let them live their lives, and be happy.”
