Superstar Akshay Kumar has spent almost three decades in the film industry and he is still going strong as ever. Recently, while promoting his upcoming film ‘Prithviraj’ on the dance reality show ‘DID Little Masters 5’, Akshay revealed that he has performed in around 650 songs in his entire career and at least a few more. He has no intention of leaving for decades. Akshay said, “It’s been 30 years since I started my career, and I don’t know how these years have passed. I have done more than 650 songs in my career, and I never want to retire. These kids have done so much.” Having done all the songs, I am feeling very emotional right now.”
He continued, “After this act today I feel like I am old, and I should retire. But I will not, I want to work till they shoot me, I will not retire so soon. I want to tell everyone that nothing is more important than working, everyone should work.”
Akshay concluded by saying, “I believe that the people who get the opportunity to work are the very lucky ones. When I complete 50 years in the industry, I will come back to DID and I’ll say the same thing I don’t want to retire.”
