Film actress Sonakshi Sinha has got relief from the High Court. On the previous date, the plaintiff had urged the court to issue a non-bailable warrant against him. The court had reserved the order. After which Sonakshi Sinha had gone to the Allahabad High Court, from where she has been given relief till July. Sonakshi Sinha’s lawyer Anurag Bhatnagar (Lavi) told that after the proceedings of the Magistrate Court, Sonakshi Sinha had filed a petition for a stay in the Allahabad High Court, which has been accepted. The warrant issued by the court has been stayed till the last week of July. At the same time, August 5 has been fixed for the hearing of this case.

फिल्म अभिनेत्री सोनाक्षी सिन्हा को हाईकोर्ट से राहत मिली है। पिछली तारीख को, वादी ने अदालत से उसके खिलाफ गैर-जमानती वारंट जारी करने का आग्रह किया था। कोर्ट ने आदेश सुरक्षित रख लिया था। जिसके बाद सोनाक्षी सिन्हा इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट गई थीं, जहां से उन्हें जुलाई तक की राहत दी गई है. कटघर थाना क्षेत्र की शिवपुरी कॉलोनी निवासी प्रमोद शर्मा इवेंट मैनेजर हैं. कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने के लिए फिल्मी हस्तियों और मशहूर हस्तियों को आमंत्रित करना। प्रमोद शर्मा ने एक कार्यक्रम के लिए सोनाक्षी सिन्हा से भी समय मांगा था। यह कार्यक्रम 30 सितंबर 2018 को दिल्ली में होना था, लेकिन अंत में सोनाक्षी सिन्हा और उनके सलाहकार ने आने से इनकार कर दिया, जबकि उन्होंने प्रमोद शर्मा से उनकी पूरी फीस ले ली. जिसके बाद 22 फरवरी 2019 को थाना कटघर में मामला दर्ज किया गया था. सुनवाई अतिरिक्त न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी स्मिता गोस्वामी की अदालत में चल रही है. ट्रायल में पेश नहीं होने पर सोनाक्षी सिन्हा और उनके सलाहकार अभिषेक सिन्हा के खिलाफ जमानती वारंट जारी किया गया था। सोनाक्षी सिन्हा के वकील अनुराग भटनागर (लवी) ने बताया कि मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट की कार्यवाही के बाद सोनाक्षी सिन्हा ने इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में स्टे की याचिका दायर की थी, जिसे स्वीकार कर लिया गया है. कोर्ट की ओर से जारी वारंट पर जुलाई के आखिरी हफ्ते तक रोक लगा दी गई है. वहीं इस मामले की सुनवाई के लिए 5 अगस्त की तारीख तय की गई है.
