'शकाल के हाथ में जितने पत्ते हैं, उतने ही पत्ते उसकी आस्तीन में हैं।' साल 1980 में आई फिल्म 'शान' ब्लॉकबस्टर साबित हुई थी। फिल्म में खतरनाक विलेन का रोल प्ले करने वाले कुलभूषण खरबंदा ने खूब वाहवाही बटोरी। फिल्म शान में दमदार किरदार ने कुलभूषण खरबंदा के स्टारडम को नई ऊंचाइयों पर पहुंचाया।
