Alisha Chinai is an Indian pop singer. She was born on 18 March 1965 in Ahmedabad, Gujrat, India. She is the daughter of Madhukar Chinai (Singer). 

In 2007, she became a judge at a popular singing reality show “Indian Idol 3”. After this she judged another singing reality show “Star Ya Rockstar”.

She lent her voice in many films like “Taaqatwar” (1989), “Naraaz” (1994), “Chehraa” (2005), “No Entry” (2005), “Aap Ki Khatir” (2006), “Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani” (2009), and “Krish 3” (2013).

She was awarded the “Filmfare Best Female Playback Award” for the song ‘Kajra Re’ for the film Bunty and Babli in 2005, the “International Billboard Award”, and the “Freddie Award” for Artistic Excellence.
