Actor Ajay Devgn raised questions about his relationship with his wife Kajol, Ali Salim’s alter ego, in a Pakistani chat show hosted by drag queen Begum Nawazish Ali in 2007. Salim appeared in the fourth season of the reality show Bigg Boss as a contestant, and also hosted the chat show Begum on the Indian channel 9X.
In the episode after Ajay’s film Omkara became a hit in Pakistan, Begum Nawazish Ali’s flirtatious comments made him uncomfortable. On one occasion, she proposed that they had an affair, and said, “No one has to know what happened and how. Kajol will certainly never find out, dear, I know protect people’s privacy.” How is it done. I don’t want to be a house breaker. Besides, she’s in India, I’m in Pakistan.
