Subhamita Banerjee is a Bengali Singer. She is from Malda, India. She is the daughter of Shri Joshoda Dulal Das (Vocalist). Sushmita’s father was the first guru of her basic training in music.
She has an offer from ITC Sangeet Research Academy, Kolkata. In 1992, She has the recipient of the “National Scholarship” from the “Government of India”. In 1993, She has placed first in “HMV Golden Talent Contest”. In 2006, 2007, 2008, She has 3 times awarded the “Best Female Singer Award” in Tele-Serial Category”.She has 3 times been awarded the ‘Best Female Singer Award’ from Anand Bazaar Patrika and 91.9 FM.
