Sripathi Panditaradhyula Sailaja is an Indian musician and actress who has sung in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam movies.

She was born in the Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh. Her father, S. P. Sambamurthy, was a supporter of Harikatha and her brother S. P. Balasubrahmanyam was a playback vocalist in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam films. She is the most youthful of the eight children of Sambamurthy and Sakunthalamma.

Sailaja has sometimes worked as a voice actor and anointed for different artists including Tabu, Sonali Bendre, and Sridevi among others. She began anointing for the movie Seetamalakshmi heroine Rameshwari. She mainly dubbed for actresses in Telugu movies or Telugu dubbed from Tamil movies

Sailaja began her television profession with the ETV show SaRiGaMalu which she co-hosted along with singer Mano.

Sailaja has appeared as both an audition reviewer and a guest judge in several reality talents hunt shows such as Vijay TV’s Airtel Super Singer, Airtel Super Singer Junior, and Jaya TV’s Jaya Super Singer South India, Zee Telugu’s SaReGaMaPa Litter Champs, and SaReGaMaPa
