Palash Muchhal is known more popularly in his capacity as an Indian singer, music composer & director, lyricist, and film score composer. Also, he has established Pal Music. Palash was born on May 22, 1995, in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. He was brought up in a Marwari family in Indore. He completed his starting education in his hometown and his graduation with B.COM from Indore.
He was born to Rajkumar Muchhal, his father who is Accountant & served in a private firm, and Amrita Muchhal, His mother who is a homemaker. His elder sister Palak Muchhal is also a famous Indian Playback singer. Both of them are best known for their charitable activities in the industry. Sometimes they perform to achieve their social cause. They help the poor, sick children who are in need of serious medical treatment by raising funds through their stage shows. According to some reports, By May 2013, they have funded around 885 children for their medical treatment by collecting 25 million rupees through their stage shows.
Most work of Palash Muchhal has been in the Bollywood film Industry. In 2010, he made his mark as an actor with the movie ‘Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey,’ directed by Ashutosh Gowariker and starring Abhishek Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Sikander Kher. He played the supporting role of Subodh Roy in this movie.
In 2014, He got his first break as a music composer in the film ‘Dishkiyaoon,’ directed by Sanamjit Singh Talwar and produced by Shilpa Shetty. In this film he got the opportunity to compose two songs, ‘Tu hi Hai Aashiqui”’ and ‘Nachle tu’. After that, he composed music for the comedy movie ‘Bhoothnath Returns,’ directed by Nitesh Tiwari. One of these movie songs “Party to Banti Hai’ composed by him and Meet Bros Anjjan became very famous among the masses. Many music videos such as ‘Tu Jo Kahe’ (2017), ‘Nishaa’ (2018), and ‘Fans Nahi Friends’ were also composed by him.
He also collaborated with Atif Aslam in the movie Sweetiee Weds NRI in which they sang two songs first ‘Zindagi Bana Loon’ and second ‘Musafir’.
Apart from performing, He showed his other skill by playing keyboard in television shows such as ‘Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega’ and ‘Subhash India’.
Also, he has written and directed several films, such as ‘Brojaan’ (2019), ‘Sajna Ve’ (2016), ‘Teri Ek Hassi’ (2015), and many others.
In 2021, he made his mark as a director by directing a web series titled ‘Rickshaw’ starring Brijendra Kala, released on an OTT platform called Bollyfame.
He was registered as the ‘Younger Professional Music Composer’ in the Golden Book of World Records.
