Indravathi Chauhan, born in Basinepalli Thanda, Gooty, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, is a prominent playback singer working predominantly in the Telugu Film Industry.
She completed her schooling at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Public School in Anantapur and her diploma from Sri Venkateswara College in Anantapur. Because of her sister Mangli, Indravathi’s passion for music sparked up at a tender age.
In 2007, She got the chance to participate in the musical reality show ‘Bol Baby Bol’ Which was broadcast on Gemini TV.
She marked her entry as a playback singer in the film Industry with the ‘Jaji Mogulali’ song from George Reddy’s movie in 2019. There are other songs that are sung by her such as Gandhasiri Vanamali (2021), Mai Sadke Jaun (2021), and Chhuwan(2022). She had been part of the reality show “Bol Baby Bol” as one of the Jury members.
After the voice test, she was selected to sing a song for Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa The Rise’ movie. It was the superhit song ‘Oo Antava Oo Oa Antavaa’ which became very popular among the masses giving her huge fame.
